About the Event

On 26 November we will be celebrating a key milestone in the history of Jisc, with the launch of Janet6.

This is a culmination of 3 years work in planning, designing and building the network infrastructure. It will underpin the digital activities of research and education for the next decade, enabling them to collaborate, innovate and achieve more.

During the evening, we will celebrate some of the major achievements made over the last 7 years, during the lifetime of SuperJANET5, thanks to this national resource. We will also see some of the projects already taking shape over the network, which will form the innovations of tomorrow.
