About the London Film Museum
Opened by King George V and Queen Mary in 1922, this building was named the official home of local government for London.
The London Film Museum (previously the Movieum) was founded and created by Jonathan Sands in February 2008, following the success of Star Wars The Exhibition, which he co-promoted at the same venue the previous year. It now boasts a whole range of film memorabilia, 50% of which are from Jonathan’s private archive. To find out more, visit the London Film Museum’s website: http://www.londonfilmmuseum.com
